I want to give a huge shout-out to the Starbucks team at this location (next to Habit Burger). My son has a dairy allergy and carries an EpiPen, so ordering something as simple as a hot cocoa can be complicated. I asked if they could accommodate his allergy and help minimize the risk of cross-contamination. Not only did they take the time to listen/asked questions, but they were incredibly kind and thoughtfull. My little boy happily enjoyed a hot cocoa on a gloomy Seattle morning and it made his day—and mine too. A special thank you to Maddy and the entire team. Your friendliness, care, and willingness to go the extra mile meant more to our family than you probably realize. Thank you for making a little bit of magic happen.

If I’m being real, I’m giving 5 stars to the employees and it has literally nothing to do with the brand Starbucks. I hope the company provides a reward system for those who are mentioned by name because I would like to give a shout out to Laurie who was working the drive through today. She is a shining light in this sometimes dull world. She deserves to be recognized for her kindness and overall demeanor in life. I wish I remembered other staff members names better, as there are many of you who deserve to be recognized and praised for your individual efforts. The only reason I stop by here is because of the amazing people who work there. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
