As a number of reviewers notice, coffee is really delicious. The good staff at this cafe can demonstrate how much they like their guests. The enjoyable service is something these restaurateurs care about. It's a nice place with the spectacular atmosphere. But people rate Starbucks below average on Google.

I have been to many Starbucks outlets throughout Malaysia but this one is different. If I remembered correctly, I've been served by 2 staff name Maya and Najwa. I can feel their passion in their works. Both are very friendly and polite. They took time to explain to me the current promotion, activate new card and topping up the member card patiently. They even help me with the activation through my mobile app. With their exceptional customer service standard, it indeed makes a whole lot of different experiences. Thump up. I am writing to thanks the staff on duty at Starbucks Senai airport on December 25, 2025. I had been sitting in the cafe for a few hours waiting for my flight. After finishing a hot chocolate, I approached the counter to ask for a little water in my used cup to take medicine. The counter staff provide me with a new cup of plain water instead. Much appreciated this gesture of care and excellent service provided by the them. Terbaik & Terima Kasih banyak2! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

As always, this is truly a service that can be called good service and genuine hospitality. Even early in the morning, the staff showed great enthusiasm and a strong working spirit. Simple gestures like greeting customers and smiling already mean so much, especially after experiencing unenthusiastic service elsewhere where “tired,” “not in the mood,” or “too busy” become excuses for snarky service. I visited on 28th December around 6–7am, and both staff on duty were excellent. Honestly, I haven’t met many Starbucks baristas who are this genuine and sincere in their work. This kind of service really makes a difference. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
