I ordered a medium cappuccino and didn't leave a tip and I got 1/4 cup and the rest foam. I guess the work better with tips which they don't deserve! They are getting paid to make coffee and tips I believe don't apply to the work they do.

I came by on February 14, 2026 at approximately 7:58pm and I addressed to the hispanic male in charge of the drive-thru window that my order was made incorrectly. Instead of apologizing for getting my order wrong. He kept saying, "okay..", and rolling his eyes at me, simultaneously. He also wanted to break the store policy by requesting to have me give him back the incorrect drink to remake it. He has no idea I have been sick all these days. This is why I was originally ordering the honey citrus tea, but this drink was not available at the moment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
