The employees here are consistently rude and display a poor attitude during pickups. Today was no exception— extremely rude, uncommunicative, gives blank bitter stare and zero customer service. Management needs to address how drivers are treated miserable toxic environment sad! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

No money is worth paying dealing with horrible service : The blatant discrimination here is unacceptable. It has many in the community questioning why this location remains open at all if they are unable to maintain the basic standards of a functional Starbucks. The Butterfly Drink Refresher was not good as the one I had the first time at the Oakton Chain Bridge branch. She made it three times for me, but it still didn’t taste like the drink from the other branch Price per person: $1–10
