I come to this Starbucks almost every day, and most of the employees here are very sweet and friendly. Unfortunately, I’ve repeatedly had a very different experience with the employee working this morning. When I got in line, she clearly saw me standing there but didn’t greet me, acknowledge me, or even say something as simple as, “I’ll be with you in a moment.” She completely ignored me and treated me as if I were invisible. I understand that employees can be busy, and I have no problem waiting, but acknowledging a customer takes only a few seconds. This was not an isolated incident. Every time I’ve encountered this particular employee, she has been rude, dismissive, and made me feel unwelcome. Her attitude can honestly ruin my mood first thing in the morning. I’m paying for my order like every other customer, yet the way she treats me makes me feel as though I’m asking her to give me a drink for free. Unfortunately, I’m not the only person who has experienced this. My husband and my friend have also received the same unnecessarily rude attitude from her when they’ve stopped by this location. I would mention her name so management could address this directly with her, but she wasn’t wearing a name tag this morning. Management should be able to identify who was working that shift. Customers should not be treated this way. Management really needs to address how their employees communicate with customers. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ever since moving nearby, this Starbucks has quickly become my favorite spot. Richard welcomed me with such genuine warmth and friendliness! Being indecisive, I asked him for a refreshing, high energy recommendation, and he pointed me toward the blended canon ball energy drink it was absolutely delicious! Richard’s top tier hospitality is rare to see nowadays. Fantastic service and great drinks! I'll definitely be a regular here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $1–10

This was my first time ordering from this Starbucks, and I honestly had such a great experience! The barista, Richard, was a huge help. He let me know that he was new and asked me to bear with him, which I completely understood. I wasn’t sure what to order for my daughter, so Richard asked her, “Do you want a birthday cake pop?” He also helped provide her with a drink, which was so sweet and thoughtful. I also didn’t know what to order for myself, so he asked me what I was in the mood for. I ended up trying the Dragon Drink refresher, and it was SO good! I had never tried it before, and I’m really glad he recommended it. Even though Richard is still new and learning, he did an amazing job. He took his time, learned how to make my drink, and provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. What stood out to me the most was how kind and patient he was with my daughter. Thank you, Richard, for making my day better! I wish you the best as you continue learning and growing. You’re doing an amazing job, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the way you treated me and my daughter. Keep up the great work! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
