I know people are hurting in this economy but I hate asking for light ice and still getting half a venti cup full of ice. I’ve tried asking for no ice but then they don’t make my drink right. If I’m paying $8 for a drink I want it to last me more than 8 sips. At least the drink tasted good and they have good customer service but thy were also out of coconut milk. I guess Starbucks is struggling these days. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The kid at the counter on December 26, 2025 at 7:37pm made a very disrespectful eye roll and gesture at my wife and I. I assume because he was cleaning up before they were even closed. I understand someone cleaning up and being upset a customer needs assistance but at least try to hide your rude and disrespectful attitude.
