Very weird set up , my first time here and because the drive thru is so odd I passed the ordering station. When I got to the window I was rudely told I can’t take your order here you have to go around. Needless to say I drove off to take my money elsewhere. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is my favorite location near me. They're always stocked and the staff is kind and courteous. I was having a rough morning and dropped my drink that I decided to get as a pick me up treat. They offered to remake it for me with no hesitation. The team here is why I bypass 2 other locations. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Beware of the food and drinks you receive at this location. I've found hair on my cups several times which is very unsanitary. There is always dust everywhere including the utensils station so they obviously don't clean. The manager an older black woman always has a sour and nasty look on her face and she talks to her workers like crap in front of customers. She acts and looks rude and picks and chooses who to treat with decent human respect. She is not a good leader at all and a horrible representation for what a manager at Starbucks should be and how they should interact with customers. Some of the workers are lazy and will mess your drink up and not care at all so it's best to taste you drink before you leave. While there are some really good hardworking and professional workers for the most part this location sucks and I'm Not satisfied with this location at all. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
