I must say this was by far the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. I walked into the store and approached the counter. There was someone working drive-thru, two baristas making drinks, one girl with purple and blue hair preparing food, and another employee running back and forth. Not one person acknowledged me — no hello, no “we’ll be with you in a minute,” nothing. I stood there for over a minute before the girl with the purple and blue hair finally turned around to help me. Ironically, she was the only employee who smiled the entire time, and she told me she was new. She took my order for egg bites and a hot coffee and asked for my name so they could call it out when my order was ready. She handed me my food at the register, pointed down the counter, and said my coffee would be there. My name was never called. The rest of the staff looked absolutely miserable. Any one of them could have acknowledged me or let the register employee know I was waiting. Customer service costs nothing — a smile, eye contact, or a simple greeting goes a long way, especially when your register is asking customers for tips. Experiences like this explain exactly why 7 Brew is gaining so much popularity. Their employees actually make customers feel welcome and appreciated. Starbucks seriously needs to take notes. This was a different Springdale location for me, but staff was friendly, helpful, courteous, and even delivered my special tea order to my table! Would definitely go back. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: Variety of milk choices available
