THEY DECLINED SENDING SOLDIERS SOME OF THEIR COFFEE......... Wow! Having family that has been over multiple tours SHAME ON YOU STARBUCKS! They didn't ask for much, you could have sent some overstock or ones close to expiration and believe me there wouldn't have been one complaining soldier! Again, SHAME ON YOU! As you sit back in your air conditioned home or business and enjoy the freedom we have here just remember it could be your family, friends, co workers that give their life on the line every single minute for continued freedom that you know as the "normal". Its the simple things in life that put moral and happiness back into the hearts of these hard working men and women. I wish companies and all of us could stop being so darn greedy and learn to extend a helping hard where it will for sure make a life long impression.

I had terrible customer service. She was rude and short in explaining to me that she didn't give student discounts because she never gets them.

This starbucks has significantly changed in service over the last month. The new manager is very unfriendly, the "new girl" that has beef there for months now is terrible and complains in front of customers. Very inattentive. Very unpleasant. .
