I think her name was Suzy I don’t know the girl who made my drink. She needs a new job cause I repeated my order three times and somehow it still was wrong. Ordered a hazelnut iced latte coconut cold foam caramel drizzle somehow I got vanilla and didn’t even get my caramel drizzle

What happened to Starbucks after Covid? Many places have no sugar or additives like cream or stirrers in regular places, and you have to ask for them. In large cafes everything is in place. But in small places like Target and even Mall there is nothing. It has become dirty and I would say very dirty. This is a food place, why can't you just wipe the dust with a rag! You stand in line, make an order and when you pay, your appetite just goes away at the sight of this dirt. And also, first choose your tips and then pay. I am not against thrips, but this is simply disrespect for the customer. Question: does Starbucks have no money for cleaning after the prices have increased several times? Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Gale served me and was friendly and helpful. I wanted something special and asked questions. He was thorough with answers and offered suggestions to make it even better. He wasn’t rushing me in the least. When I figured it out, he made the drink quickly and thoroughly, and it was the best, most well-crafted drink I’ve had at a Starbucks ANYWHERE. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
