I always come to this Starbucks and have had great experiences each time! I redeemed my birthday drink today using the mobile app, and even though I arrived 2 minutes earlier than the expected readiness time according to the app, the Starbucks worker at the drive-thru (blonde hair, I didn't catch a name) was so nice and said even though I had only placed the order a few minutes ago, they would start working on it now. She was so friendly, and the drink was delicious as always! My favorite location by far. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great service, clean bathrooms, my drink was delicious. But the music in here is louder than in a nightclub. Idk why some starbucks locations do this but I have earplugs in and my bones are literally thumping to the beat, bro.

The staff at this Starbucks are amazing and always so welcoming. I stop in twice a week during my commute to work, and on my last visit I had an issue with a reusable cup I purchased—the color was already fading. The manager on duty, Jason, went above and beyond to replace it and provided truly top-notch customer service. It’s experiences like this that make those early morning commutes so much better. Thank you to the entire crew and the manager on Columbus Ave in Springfield! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
