Maureen was simply the best. Made the whole experience perfection. Did not mention about the tip which is already awkward but when noticed the tip thanked me for it. She’s truly a sweet barista. She even addressed my kid in the car with such a welcoming smile! 10/10 Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

5/4/26 around 1pm, barista Dest seemed to be offended by my gluten Allergy. She was rudely complaining to her male coworker that they don't blend gluten, the only gluten is in the pastries and last time she checked they don't blend pastries. She is clearly ignorant both in the sense of complaining in front of customers and in the sense of their products containing gluten. For one, there is a Frappuccino listed clearly on the menu as COOKIE CRUMBLE which both the topping and the Frappuccino chips each contain gluten. Second, there are other ways gluten presents, such as in Malt, which a handful of their flavorings contain. Third, some people with gluten allergies are highly sensitive to oats, so if the blender isn't cleaned, some of us can get sick if someone requested oat milk as well. She really needs to be educated on this as it is a serious concern, not to be dismissed. And if it's that big of a problem that it ruins her day, maybe she should consider leaving the food/drink service industry. She also did not blend the drinks well at all despite taking a very long time. A huge thank you to Maureen who ignored the sass out of Dest's mouth and proceeded to clean the blender for me with zero hesitation or complaint. If it weren't for her, I could be very sick right now and for months to come. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I tried to order a hazelnut cold brew with hazelnut cold foam and was told NO. lol. After being told the flavors of their cold foam, (hazelnut being one of them they listed) I said “okay I’ll do hazelnut”””We can’t make anything that’s not on our menu”. Okay. Cool. I hope this is a franchise because you just lost my service with your lies. Drive up the road a couple miles and wouldn’t ya know they were more than happy to accommodate my request? And was absolutely shocked by the refusal from this location.
