The only thing that disappoints when you come to this cafe is the boorish staff. The good service is something these restaurateurs care about. But Starbucks Coffee Company hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

This Starbucks location is awful. I have tried it multiple times hoping it improves over time and it does not. My order has never been right and the employees have zero clue what to do about it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I placed a mobile order and then waited in the store for 10 minutes while the staff ignored me. I finally went to the counter to ask about my drink and was told it was unavailable. I was told they would credit my account which they did NOT do, I had to call Starbucks corporate to get help with the credit. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
