It was my go to place for strawberry matcha since the last few months. I had a terrible experience today when I took my friends over for coffee and brought a strawberry Acai. More than 3/4th of the cup was ice. When I told it to the store staff, they said sorry, plain. No nothing, for a roughly $9 drink. They said it’s a standard scooping. NGL! Inwas so pissed off. Will find a new coffee place Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I was quite surprised (and honestly disappointed) with my experience at this Starbucks branch. I ordered a drink I regularly get at other Starbucks locations—a Cold Tall Americano with white mocha, breve (half & half), and no water—and was told they no longer do breve. The photo attached is proof other Starbucks branches do these orders. What’s confusing is that this same branch has made my drink before, and I’ve had it without any issues at multiple Starbucks stores. I had always assumed this was a standard option across all branches, so the inconsistency is frustrating—especially for a globally recognised brand. This also isn’t my first issue here. I’ve had problems with their app twice when placing online orders, where I had to show proof of payment at the drive-thru because my order didn’t go through properly on their system. I do appreciate that the staff were apologetic and polite, which is why I’ve added an extra star. However, overall the experience has been inconsistent and disappointing.

I was a bit disappointed with my experience at Starbucks Tarneit. The staff seemed rushed and not very attentive, which affected the overall service. My order took longer than expected, and when I finally received it, my drink was not as hot as I like. The ambiance was okay, but nothing special to make up for the service issues. Unfortunately, I probably won't be returning here anytime soon. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–40
