I don't know why but this Starbucks can rarely make the coffee drinks correctly. Always less then what should be in the cup for hot coffee and the mocha frappuccino is always very weak on flavor. We have been going to this location on random occasions over the last few years and it's 95 % of the time it is this way. Maybe Starbucks should look into this location and do some retraining of the employees. We go to a lot of other locations throughout the Tempe and Mesa area and this is the most disappointing one consistently. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Incredibly unfriendly and don't care care about your order or helping. I am a huge Starbucks fan but TERRIBLE. It sucks too because by my work but never again!
