Absolutely unacceptable experience. Be extremely careful when ordering here. In my experience, optional add-ons were only mentioned in Italian and then added to my bill without me understanding I was agreeing to them. When I questioned the charges, the staff were rude, raised their voices and made me feel unwelcome. This is a major train station serving tourists from around the world, yet there was virtually no effort to communicate in English or explain the extra charges. This falls far below the standard I expect from Starbucks. I would avoid this location. The drink was a milk shake when asked for a brown sugar iced coffee, with broken chocolate cookie straw inside as an add on which I never wanted or agreed to, was then made to pay extra for all of it, it’s a scam, do not come here. Esperienza assolutamente inaccettabile. Fate molta attenzione quando ordinate in questo Starbucks. Nella mia esperienza, gli extra opzionali sono stati menzionati solo in italiano e poi aggiunti al conto senza che fosse chiaro che li stessi accettando. Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni sugli addebiti, il personale è stato scortese, ha alzato la voce e mi ha fatto sentire poco gradito. Si tratta di una stazione internazionale frequentata da turisti di tutto il mondo, eppure non è stato fatto praticamente alcuno sforzo per comunicare in inglese o spiegare chiaramente i costi aggiuntivi.
