Terrible Pick up service, poor quality customer service and lack of communication between them. They delayed my order, I asked the cashier to cancel it (I didn't have time to wait), he replied that they were going to prepare it at that moment and if I still want to cancel, I answered no, I kept waiting, they prepared 1 of 3 drinks for me and they told me that They don't have the other two, so if I want to change them, after so much waiting, the correct thing is that they inform you from the beginning that they don't have the drinks you want and that they don't waste your time, I told them that I didn't want other drinks. Also my order was already paid for and they did not refund me. At Starbucks Member Services I sent this comment and they followed up on my case, I went to the branch, the Manager apologized and they refunded me the order.
