Super slow service by the staff working at this time. Need some energy guys, can’t wait for a simple frap which needs to be made in less than 5 mins. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a latte with protein milk, but the milk had clearly curdled — the texture was grainy and unpleasant, and the drink was undrinkable. When I brought it back, instead of acknowledging the issue, the staff member insisted that I “don’t understand what protein milk is,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable — just a properly made drink. I eventually had to ask for a regular latte without milk I come to this Starbucks regularly as I live nearby, and I usually order a hot White Chocolate Mocha — it’s my favorite drink and it’s always been made perfectly. However, today around 12 PM, I was served by a different employee, and the experience was very disappointing. I’ve had protein milk in other Starbucks locations many times, and it never had this kind of texture — it was smooth and perfectly drinkable. This one was not. Very disappointing experience, especially in terms of customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I would give zero stars if I could. The most miserable people work here, zero social skills, and full of attitude. They don't even say Hi. None of them know how to make any of the drinks properly. Huge waste of money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
