I don't recommend going to this Starbucks location, the customer service is not good. I ordered a drink through the Starbucks app to save myself time from waiting in line at the store. I arrived at the Starbucks 2 minutes after placing the mobile order and the drink was not ready at the pick up counter, which was fine. But then 10 minutes passed and I watched the staff serve customers who waited in line and ordered after I did. That seemed strange to me because Starbucks always makes drinks in the order that they are received. So I asked an employee if my drink was ready and she said not yet. I waited 10 more minutes before asking about my drink again, and a different employee handed it to me. It turns out my drink was hiding behind the counter the entire time and none of the staff let me know. Basically I waited 20 minutes before I could get my drink, which defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. The staff here are neglectful and not considerate of customers' time. I won't be going here again. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
