I've had it with Starbucks! Twice a week I'd get a chai latte. $7 with the tip. The last few weeks its gotten progressively worse and today it was so bad i couldn't even drink it. The worst part is Starbucks corporate, after finding their customer service online, I opted for chat. It buffered for 15 minutes and then said the chat was unavailable. I went for a call and the recording said it was a 10 min wait, so I opted for the call back. A half hour later I got a call back from someone offshore. U gave her my starbucks number but she just couldn't get my email, spelled or stated. I understand it's not their fault, common words here are not common there, etc. But after the third try I gave up and told her if she can credit me great, if not, it's ok. What could have been an easily resolved situation turned into a tremendous waste of my time. Food: 1 Service: 1

We ordered two iced teas, with no water. They were both so watered down that we couldn’t drink them. I don’t know what is going on. If I want just water, I will order water. We had to dump them out. I guess we will need to make our own. For what it costs us, we should be able to get what we ordered. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

Normally I get great service here. Today, I ordered my usual through the app. I waited a few minutes after the estimated time for it to be ready. When he called my name, the tea looked weaker than normal. I asked him if it was correct and he rolled his eyes, so I just left with my order. As I drove away, I realized my order was incorrect. He gave me green tea instead of black tea. So I went to another store and ordered another one. I did lose $ by not going back to the original store, but I didn't need more attitude. My first "not good" experience. If I have ever asked about something on the past they always offer to remake it, not this time. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
