My Caramel frappe was more like a watered down caramel slop. Was nasty lime it was sitting out for hours to halfway melt. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

The bald headed lady at the drive thru window was rude and messed up the order. I ordered a venti and she gave me a tall drink. I mentioned that it was wrong and I wanted a venti. She stated to me in a mean manner, you’re gonna pay for it!! I told her I planned on paying for it. She needs to be retrained on customer service. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1

I ordered a venti and I had got a grande, which could’ve been fixed through reading the order back or listening in the first place, then I order a second one without the cold foam because I already have it and added that to it still so payed extra for that, again, because she wasn’t listening.
