Robert was very sweet to my husband and I this afternoon in store. We drove three stressful hours to Turlock to pick up our pup. He had just passed this last week. In a moment where we really needed a coffee, grilled cheese and positive interaction, Robert was genuinely so sweet, kind and welcoming. Hopefully Robert is able to find this review.
