I placed an mobile order ahead of time. When I arrived, the order was not ready. While I was waiting for my drink, the staff took 3 in person orders. I was standing there and waiting and asked to check my on order. I got my drinks after the 3 people placed their order and received their food. So what's the point of mobile ordering. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Tonight on Friday, 5/ 15, by 10:30pm, i drove 45 minutes from my residence at this 24 hrs location, believing that i will get some regular starbucks coffee, BUT, employees told me that they are only serving spik coffee which was made hours ago and they don’t have any other option in fresh coffees and they directed me to vending machine to get coffee. Unreal. Online it states that this place is open for 24 hrs, but, they don’t have fresh coffee available. Manager at this place should be fired. And advertisement should be changed, if they don’t have options for fresh coffee available. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Never coming here again. Placed a mobile order and received a notification that my order was ready. I saw my prepared order with the staff but they never placed it on the pickup counter. 15 minutes went by and still no one acknowledged me or asked me if I was waiting on anything. Poor service. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
