Convenient location in Trinity Walk and the staff are pleasant enough but the seats, tables, floors and general interior are consistently covered in crumbs and detritus no matter how busy it is. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I love Starbucks coffee but I hate the industrial feel of the customer service and experience. Starbucks needs to get rid of the policy of demanding a name.When the shop has earned the privilege, then it may know my name. Just like any other shop or pub. Also, I hate the pay here...collect further down the line thing. You should be served by a staff member who looks after you from start to finish.I've been a long time Starbucks fan, but over the last few months I've fallen out of love with it. I was very happy when Starbucks came to Wakefield City centre, but I think I'll be looking elsewhere now.
