Kaylee Ryan at the Walton Kroger Starbucks not only showed 100% professionalism throughout my visit to this establishment but she really went above and beyond with her amazing personality and made me feel at home. Website and internet says open till 8pm. Looks like it’s a reoccurring complaint. Hit the drive thru at 7:40pm and was told “sorry we closed at 7:30pm”. Good way to lose business. Management needs to do better or update your business hours to the public.

For some reason even when they are supposed to close at 8pm at 735pm I went through the drive through and Christie said they are already closed Service: 1
