The drive through was not up to par. My chocolate croissant was burnt, my 'no ice' latte had ice. And it took 15+ minutes to get through 3 cars. I'm not big on the drive thru anyway, but this was not it. But the server was nice in the window! I just think they need more training, better organization, and more attention to detail on order tickets. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

This is the Starbucks I visit frequently pretty much every day today was no exception I went through the drive-through. All I had on me was a $100 bill. The lady at the drive-through is usually really nice but today she asked if I had anything smaller but the $100 bill I stated to her no I don’t. She acted as if I was a problem. She was like well it’s really difficult to break. I don’t know why people don’t carry smaller bills complain to me that they only have so much in their drawer and that the other money is locked up she didn’t give me a stopper in my drink nor did she put a drink sleeve on my drink she was very rude. I am very disappointed. It is not the Customer‘s problem. The amount of money that is in your drawer. It is not the Customer‘s problem. If you have to break $100 bill that is what money is for it is the spend but the Starbucks will not get any more of my money since it’s too much of a big deal to break $100 bills for this particular Starbucks I will take my business elsewhere. Today was my last visit at the Starbucks highly not recommended. Service: 1

Hi, I usually order this drink almost every day, but today’s one tastes very different. I’m not sure who made it, but it doesn’t have the same flavor as usual and it seems like something is missing.
