My sister and I frequent the Starbucks on Ohio 28 in Milford every time we come into Ohio. Joanie and the staff there are amazing!!! They really know how to make our green tea Frappuccinos just the way we like them

The girl who took my order was so sweet! It’s a bust day and I needed a pick me up and her spirit and attitude were perfect. The guy with a beach tattoo and curly hair at the window was so smiley, kind and patient as I couldn’t make my Apple Pay cooperate. This duo is probably the best I have ever come across at Starbucks in the area! Perfect customer service! And the matcha was delish! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had to wipe up sticky liquid on a table to be able to use it and there was trash under a nearby table. Then one of the employees sat down at that table and started watching videos on her phone with blaring audio on. I thought it was only old people who did that? She didn't pick up the trash under the table either . . . Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
