First day here 6 a. m no one greeted any of the customers in line. They kept getting ready to open . Today we were greeted but had to wait over 5 min while the girl dated her products . Not impressed especially when there are other options in town

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. There seems to be only one employee handling everything, which makes the entire operation extremely inefficient. While I understand that staffing can be an issue, the service ends up being unacceptably slow. The biggest problem was how mobile orders were handled. The employee did not seem to consider or prioritize mobile orders at all, leaving customers waiting far longer than expected. It felt disorganized and frustrating, especially for those who ordered ahead to save time. Overall, between the lack of staff, slow delivery, and poor handling of mobile orders, this location does not meet basic expectations. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Came in today for a coffee and David was my barista that took my order I ordered a large coffee and my I was given a medium and he was very rude and was telling me that we had a wait 25-35 minutes before I got my coffee and it was not that long of a wait after all I do not recommend going if this person is taking orders because he is very rude and disrespectful Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
