We can always count on the barista's to get our drinks right. The customer service is excellent. They remember your drinks and never miss a beat!!

Came in for a simple beverage, watched the worker that rang me up go from mopping the floors to helping me to serving my drink without washing their hands.

Maddie at the Willits Starbucks is hands down one of the best baristas I’ve ever encountered. She’s always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely makes the experience better every time I come in. Even when it’s busy, she stays positive, keeps things moving, and still manages to treat customers like they matter. My drinks are always made perfectly, and her attention to detail really shows. It’s rare to find someone who brings both great customer service and great coffee together so consistently. Maddie’s attitude and professionalism make a huge difference, and she’s a big reason I keep coming back. Starbucks is lucky to have her! Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
