Manager is rude to customers and her employees. Sat in the drive through this past weekend for a venti refresher that was 90% water 10% refresher. Over priced for low quality. Hire a respectable manager and strong crew and I’ll be back, until then deuces Starbucks!

So I was in Windham, and put in A pick up order. I accidentally ordered from Storrs instead of Windham . But the barista, Ki, was sweet enough to make the order at the Windham Starbucks and not charge me twice . That is great customer service!!!!
