Sadly, the online automations for this restaurant haven’t been switched off. It appears the place has actually closed. We booked online, were asked for confirmation, which we gave, but, after battling through Storm Babet to reach Tarbert for the early ferry for Islay, found the place blacked out and deserted. We had a great meal at The Anchor nearby, who have apparently taken in quite a number of ‘Starfish’ refugees recently. The best of it was that the next day, we were asked to review our experience! Save yourselves the hassle. Avoid. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Has it closed? Booked for dinner 11th October, got email confirmation, re-confirmed, and it was closed when we arrived. No response on trying to contact restaurant ..... See recent comments on Tripadvisor
