UPDATE- Never miss a chance to enjoy an amazing burger. STARS does not disappoint. So good, so hot, so juicy! Provecho! Absolutely amazing hamburgers and footlong chilidogs. This place takes me back to the 60s & 70s when carhops and fast car cruising was the cats meow. We go here when we want a great meal at budget prices. You stay and eat in your own car or grab a meal to go. The ice cream goodie safe great as well. Drinks are always ice cold and refreshing. Get the double meat jalapeno bacon burger when you wear "stretchy pants." Try their awesome tater tots as well. They are soooooo good. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

My parents had been vomiting all night after going to going this place I spent about $47 and the burgers were all soggy . The meat is either already bad or the one cooking the burgers not cooking them well. Horrible experience WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE. I would always come to this stars for burgers . I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this location and feel compelled to share it so management can address ongoing issues. I placed my order directly with the assistant manager, Deniza, and specifically requested easy mayo and easy mustard on my burger. I made this request because, in past visits, the burgers have been excessively sauced to the point that the bun becomes soggy and unappetizing. Unfortunately, when I arrived home, the burger was prepared the exact opposite of my request — it was absolutely drenched in mayo and mustard, as if I had asked for extra of both. I also asked for light ice in my drink and instead received a cup completely full of ice. Additionally, I was given the wrong drink altogether. I purchased 3 combos and an additional large fry, munchers & requested 6 jalapeño ketchups to accommodate the meals. I was informed by the employee that Deniza instructed him to only provide 2 Jalapeno ketchups & that I would be charged for any additional packets. Given that my total was nearly $45 this policy feels unreasonable and not customer-friendly. I do want to note that the car hoppers are always super nice and attentive. They provide great service every time. I’ve noticed they all seem scared or hesitant when customers ask for condiments, which makes me wonder if management treats them poorly. They deserve better & it’s unfortunate that their good service is overshadowed by poor management and order accuracy. The assistant manager sets the tone for the restaurant & based on this interaction, there is a clear lack of attention to detail and customer service. Orders should be prepared as requested & management should ensure policies do not alienate paying customers. I hope corporate or ownership reviews this feedback and provides additional training. Whoever hired Deniza as an assistant manager sure must be desperate because she has absolutely no people skills. I’m sure she is not forced to be in the position she is in so if she absolutely is not happy doing her job she should find another profession. Until there are improvements in order accuracy and customer care, I will not be returning. I’m sure I won’t effect the business much but I would rather take my money elsewhere & know my order is going to be made correct. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
