You know what...I came up to Ukiah all the way from Napa, for no other reason but to eat at Stars! That's right Pilgrim...Stars! Blink Martindale the Albino dude from Bali Indonesia gave me the whereabouts for Stars, he tells me Stars is the best restaurant north of the Golden Gate Bridge! Well...That's a pretty tall recommendation, so naturally I just had to go! I got a couple of sandwiches, and they were absolutely amazing! 5 's and worthy of my drive from Napa! Food: 5 Service: 5

I want to offer 5 stars but I reserve the 5th for higher end eateries that we simply don't have around here. In truth, stars restaurant is disguised as a diner but it's more. While the offer traditional American cuisine, their menu goes deeper exploring mexi-fusion and california cuisine favorites. They offer everything you would expect but with a little more refinement than expected. Pleasant staff and family atmosphere to boot. Dinning area features country music.
