Stateside is an absolute gem! The mushroom rolls are heavenly.. crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The ahi tuna was both delicious and surprisingly filling, and the chocolate torte? Pure decadence! Every single dish we tried was gobsmackingly delicious with an attention to flavor precision. The ambience is a perfect balance of stylish yet laidback. Great for everything from casual bites to a dinner date. Easily one of my favorite all weather spots in Seattle!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Tried almost every appetizer on the menu and they're all pretty mediocre at best. The duck spring rolls were not too bad. Service was very slow despite it not being busy. No pho or vermicelli blows if you're hoping for that. Also lychee martini was one of the worst I've tried. For the price you can definitely find much better meals in Seattle. I'd recommend Babar over this any day of the week, way more flavorful for similar style of food and (in my opinion) better ambience. You'll get more for your money in both quality and size.
