Steadfast has cusine that is unique compared to other Loop restaurant choices. The area of the restaurant enclosed with glass is ideal in terms of noise level, able to have a conversation. Would recommend for lunch.

We always have a wonderful experience here! The food is easily accessible but elevated and delightful. Servers are all phenomenal, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Everything is made in house with a lot of care into everything they do. This is a gem of a place.

Steadfast is in fact a hotel restaurant but it does not feel like it. It was very quiet on the Saturday evening we were there, in fact apart from a couple at the bar, there was nobody. It is strange as the decor is beautiful, the service was excellent and the food was outstanding (especially the bread basket!). Hopefully on other nights it will be a bit more lively as we will certainly come back here.
