The food was poorly prepared and very poorly presented. It tasted terrible and looked nothing like the food shown on the menu board and very over priced. Even the drinks were awful. The food went into the garbage. I reached out to customer service and requested a refund. Apparently this was forwarded to the owner of that location. I didn't hear any thing in response to my request for a refund so I reached out to customer service again and was told the owner was "reviewing film". I spent almost $30.00 for food that was substandard. We left the restaurant queasy, hungry and totally ripped off.

Urging everyone to not eat steak escape in the Crossroads mall!!
I have always loved it until today when the man making my sandwich dripped sweat off his face into it!
When I asked for my money back the manager didn't even come out from the back to address the problem or apologize
