Rachel is absolutely amazing! One of the best servers we have ever had. She was attentive, cheerful, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Her outstanding customer service truly made our visit memorable. Steak House is lucky to have her. Highly recommended Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SAR 60–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The place looks great. We loved the lighting and the perfect decor. Absolutely wonderful! It's such a shame we had a horrible experience in such a nice place. The waitress who served us accidentally spilled a lot of sea salt crystals into our steak, I mean a lot! She tried to take them with a spoon but a lot remained. Either way she served it to us. It was too salty so we tried to wipe off the salt but we couldn't eat. So we informed the same waitress and she politely said that she would resolve it. Took our steak and brought back the same steak! Obviously no visible salt there but it still tasted too salty. Not only was it still too salty but it also kinda ruined the texture of the steak. It killed our mood! We didn't want to complain again because we were afraid that they might bring it in a much worse condition! I think they understood that we were not satisfied because she brought a free water bottle for us. Perhaps they thought it was the most appropriate thing to do to compensate after unintentionally messing up our meal. Totally unacceptable! We didn't want to create a scene there so we paid our bill and left. They even charged us the full amount! It was supposed to be an awesome family Eid dinner. We ended up wasting our money for a ruined meal! Obviously the waitress didn't spill salt purposely and it could happen to anyone. The staff should have handled the situation better rather than bringing the same steak she accidentally messed up! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 200+
