This location is permanently closed! I believe the location inside of South Point Casino is still open, and it’s not too far of a drive from this one. It’s definitely worth a visit, the shakes are delicious. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Preferred to keep this feedback private.. I submitted to Steak 'n Shake on their website and on Facebook Messenger -- but 11-days with no response so posting it here. Summary: Visited on a random Wednesday in May. With no one in restaurant, it took several minutes to get any service. Food took a very long time to be prepared, and when it finally was they had forgotten the milkshake. No condiments or napkins were available in the restaurant without having to ask. Some chairs were still up on the tables, not taken down from when restaurant opened. The iced tea tasted old and was gross. A couple other customers walked in who shared the same frustration, one of them walked out. Hope the feedback helps! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
