An iconic location! 4 stars. This is definitely the best Steak 'n Shake in the US. At the end of the day, it's still fast food, so maybe my expectations were a bit too high regarding the food itself, but it was still good. What really stood out was the staff—the service was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A great classic stop along the route! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Place is kept clean, which is a major factor for me. The food is delicious! (Fries are a bit thin but that's a personal preference, they do a good job I just like fried with more of a bite to them) - burgers are mouth watering and their shakes are just as - my favorite is their banana milkshake. We've gone a few times, should make plans to go back again, nice place to treat the kids to. Price per person: $10–20

This steak n shake was far better than the one on St. Louis Street/National Ave! Might even be the best one in Springfield. The service was fantastic! We were greeted instantly and seated. Less than 10 mins we had our food and it was absolutely delicious! Thank you Eden for being awesome at what you do! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
