The Drive-thru service is an inconvenient experience, but it's the only one in the area so you have to bare with it. When making an order, you have to repeat yourself multiple times. Keep in mind your order may still be wrong at the payment or collection window. Everytime I've been there, it's taken atleast 25 mins from start to finish. They are always inconsistent compared to all the other Steers I've been to.
I ordered a meal at 17:50 on Uber Eats it is now 19:38 and I'm still waiting. The driver is also waiting there when I phoned Steers the lady working there don't know what happened to my order put me on hold and never returned. Don't use this Steers
If there was a zero star rating I would have chosen that.Would not be supporting this branch absolutely pathetic service.My order today took almost 100mins today .Uber eats delivery person waited for more than 50mins on site for the order.I called numerous times and the call was cut , when eventually they decided to talk to me the Manager pretending that she couldn't hear snd proceeding to lay blame on the driver. As a Franchise owner Steers westcoast village you should be ashamed .Your customer service is non existant. Why are you listed on Uber Eats when you cant keep up with deliveries ?
