Voyu, We know it’s wet and cold, so we tipped 15% plus an extra R50, yet we received food we didn’t order and it’s of very poor quality. Why does the milkshake taste like soap? Do staff respect the clientele, or do they think we don’t matter because without customers there is no job? This isn’t just a job; it’s someone’s livelihood, and R380 was wasted. Voyu, we’re not here to sugarcoat this. When I tried to call, the staff member hung up and told me to log a call with Mr. D. The order was not prepared correctly—short a burger and with the wrong items. This is not Steers quality; it’s poorly managed, and the food/presentation are unacceptable. If any staff member can try this kiddies burger, and chew through a butter-scorched patty, I’ll gladly pay for a proper burger. This needs urgent attention. Food: 1

I purchased from this store in early January. The floors were sticky, the place smelled bad. The service was bad, they were out on small buns for the meal I selected. Next, was the half done patty they served me followed by a replacement that didn’t note my initial request for no tomatoe. The attendants seemed disinterested and lackluster. I wouldn’t visit again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 300–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
