Had it not been for the service, the rating may have been higher. The people behind the counter don't generally pay much attention to the customers. I've often had to wait quite a bit before I was able to order because they were consumed in their own conversation. Those in the kitchen make up for it though, because the food generally tastes good and is fresh. I love their ice creams! Burgers are good as well.

You guys have the worst delivery service in the history of delivering. The food is good but it gets ruined by the time and delivery guys. They are the worst.
