I came to steers on Friday night the 22nd of May 2026—around 20:00–and was met with the most horrible service by a worker named Patience. She had zero interest in assisting us and instead gave us such horrible attitude. We had a question in regards to the Prince meal because the on-screen menu was confusing only for Patience to be extremely dismissive of us almost as though we bore her. We got back home— I live 5 minutes away— and the food wasn’t even warm almost as though we were given left overs. Would not recommend this place, wish I had gone to KFC instead. Price per person: R 200–300 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Burger was ice cold.Clearly it was made earlier and not put on the grill. I see others had the same experience. The manager didnt seem to care when I complained. Very dissappointing. Order type: Dine in Price per person: R 100–200 Recommended dishes: Steers, Chips
