While waiting at the counter for the order, one of the staff members; Nokhuthula, uses a plastic knife to open a box, the knife falls on the floor, she picks it up and places it back with all the clean knives. It tells you a lot about the hygiene.
I think the cherry on the top was the actual burger - a Prince burger (from past experiences) is supposed to be a big, meaty, messy affair that is slightly smaller than the King Steer. This was sized to rival other franchises junior burgers and it had appeared to be put together by someone in a hurry (that's the kindest thing I can say).
Spending my hard-earned money there? Never again.
