Went to get a milkshake and I had to tell them to remake it because it was so liquid I was just drinking milk. The straw that they use isn't great, I feel there is a bit coming off every time you take a sip. The burgers are probably okay but I would get a drink there. Today is the 25th of December and I was in Bagatelle to do some shopping in the morning and stopped by Steers at around 11.30. They had just opened and my family and I were the first customers. The food was good but one of the things that caught my attention and redefined my experience was ordering at the till with Mrs Madhu. I had been to a few shops before and as expected, on Christmas Day especially early in the morning, one wouldn’t expect the best customer service with friendly smiles and I totally understood that and wasn’t relying much on getting any today. But to my great surprise, Mrs Madhu was incredibly friendly, warm and eager to take our order. We took the time to have a small chat with her which was very pleasant. I’ve been thinking about this encounter with her all day and how her actions, warmth, professionalism and friendliness made my day and that of my family. This kind of customer service is so so rare in mauritius nowadays. Steers Mauritius is very lucky to have such an incredible person in their team. Wishing her and the bagatelle team all the very best. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
