Bummed out to see this place has closed. The pizza was really great. I really thought it would be fine through COVID The pandemic at work. I hate you covid. Hopefully theyll open up a new Stefano's

Called an order in recently and when I arrived, it was easy to discover that the gentleman recognized my voice from my call but never entered my order. I had to repeat it multiple times, then was told they’re working on it. I had to stand around there for 1/2 hour, with them telling me it would be about 5-10 more minutes. I ordered a soup and a 1/2 cold sub! Very frustrating. Food was okay, and I would’ve given them more stars if they could’ve just admitted their mistake.They also just turn their phone off when on vacation. Nothing on their web site or google stating they are closed. No voice messaging system. So before you take your chances with ordering in person, make sure they answer the phone so you know they’re there.

Really poor experience and poor quality pizza... these guys are totally out of their depthInitially ordered pick up on the phone, and order was forgotten when i arrived to pick-up, following which, I placed the order again, came back and they forgot one of the pizzas, had to wait extra time for them to make it. Also ordered knots, which were given in foil, wrapped poorly, causing oil to spill in the car. Then when the last pizza was finished, it was incorrect (cheese instead of margherita). Finally went home and the pizza sucks of course (dry, excessive crust, etc). The only saving grace was that they gave the incorrect cheese to us for free, but to be honest, I'd rather they don't mess up 4 different ways and just pay the money.
