Very poor experience overall. We waited around 20 minutes at the entrance and were repeatedly redirected between staff members with no clear coordination or proper handling of guests. Once seated, the screen had no sound. This was especially frustrating because I had already experienced the same issue about two weeks earlier. When I mentioned this to the manager, he insisted it had only stopped working two hours before, which is not correct based on my previous visit. On top of that, a $5 charge for the match was only discovered when the bill arrived. It was never communicated beforehand. When we raised these concerns, there was no real support or attempt to resolve the situation. The manager responded in an unprofessional manner, raised his voice, and became aggressive, telling us to leave if we were not satisfied, which we eventually did. Overall, poor communication, disorganized service, and unprofessional management. I would not return. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We were welcomed and as soon as we sat down, it's like we didn't exist, and had to wave multiple times for a waiter to come. Food tastes bland, it's definitely microwaved. I asked for chili sauce and got sweet and sour... One waiter didn't even know what chili sauce was! The shisha wasn't extraordinary so was the shisha service. As soon as the "shisha guy" got his tip he disapeared on us for another to come and get his tip too. Coffee tastes like instant coffee sachets. We ordered ice cream, not the best compared to other lebanese restaurants around the corner. Some waiters were watching the football game rather than check who needed to order food/drinks. The sound system had problems a couple of times as well as the power system leaving us in darkness and silence which was a mood killer for the overall ambiance. I really hope the fridges aren't impacted.. The toilets aren't dirty per se but need some hygiene check up and paper towels. For the same pricing, you can have a better service and food quality elsewhere. So unless you don't care about food safety and truly don't know what restaurant standards are, you're safe to go there. As for me and my group of friends, we won't come back anytime soon. I left 2 stars because I didn't get sick ! Meal type: Dinner
