My buddy asked what we should get for food on the last night in Austin and of course I said BBQ. He said "I know the perfect place". So here we are at Stiles Switch BBQ. The line was back to the door when we came in and I thought "hmmm, must be good" then he told me that "this isn't as busy as they were last time I came" and I thought " ohhh, this is going to be good ". I was NOT disappointed! I know people can be a bit picky about their barbeque but I'm here to tell you, come get you some Stiles Switch!!! The sandwiches looked so good they almost made me forgo my desire to get the meat sweats with the 3 meat plate, well 4 for me because I doubled up on the sausage. What? They have two types and I wanted them both, don't judge! Anyway, everything that I ate was cooked to perfection, flavorful and well presented, for an in line ordering joint. I couldn't finish all that I ordered so I gets to take me some home!!! Prices are reasonable considering you'll pay the same amount for the franchised bbq joint down the street and this place BLOWS it away! Ok, confession time.
