This bar is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Here you will pay good prices. When inside, the atmosphere is pleasant. Google users awarded Stix 4.1.

To whom it may concern, this is more for customer awareness of what they might encounter while being at Stix Bar & Grill facilities.I don't normally take the time to write reviews when the service is bad, but after reading a few of other reviews, I thought this would be the opportunity to take some time to do so.I frequently go to Stix, a few times a month, normally with intent to play some kind of pool tournament or competition, every single time that I'm there, I eat breakfast, lunch or dinner depending of the duration of time that im there.This time though, I was very disappointed with the service of one particular server.During a certain Saturday I was with my team playing for Masters competition, after the competition was over, the players started to go home, at certain point the server (Natasha) address me and told me that one of my friends have gone home without paying the bill and asked for me to cover his bill.Trying to be good friend and customer, I paid the bill and with it I let about 30% tip.After I was able to talk to my friend, he dis confirm that the bill was in fact paid already, even showed me the same exact receipt.So the week after I was once again playing pool at that same bar, I took the receipt and approached the same server and presented her with the prove that my friends bill was in fact previously paid, and that she had made a mistake.At that moment she became very unfriendly towards myself, but she did in fact returned the samw amount I've over paid.From this point, a couple of weeks have passed and I once again came to Stix to play Master's competition, as always I waited for the server to make my desired request from the bar and kitchen.When to my surprise, this same server (Natasha) has refused to come even close to me to take my order.I assumed she was still upset that I approached her with the receipts asking for money back ( several weeks have passed from the original incident day)She does not want to speak to me? Ok I thought!!!. So I asked a friend from the team to make a request on my behalf, and once again she immediately refused to take the complete order.Point of the story is, Noone from management addressed the issue, either to resolve or not, as for the server, if you are not grown enough to assume your mistakes, then don't act like a child!!!At the end of the day, the business is who will lose, because I will certainly change my normal routine, no more breakfast, lunch or dinner will be sold to my person there.Unfortunately unpleasant situations relating bad service are common, certain servers do what they want there, too bad management does not take ownership of situations like this and address the servers.....
