We had been in a hurry and had little time for a sit down mea, so we stopped in early and asked for two sandwiches. The man who took our oder asked a few thoughtful questions of us. He said we should return in no more than ten minutes. We set off to explore the area while he set to work on what was soon to become a masterpiece. One sandwich was on a fresh made baguette while the other was sliced from a loaf. Both were packed full of fresh veg, homemade dressing and cheese. Take a look at the photos for the details.
