The good: the fancy drinks and pizza. The prices aren’t bad. The location is very convenient. Good beer/drink selection. The bad: wait times (even when the place isn’t that busy). They do not allow for modifications (chef refused to cook steak anything other than medium well). Food is hit or miss if you don’t stick to pizza. Meatball sandwich was not good. All in all stick to what their good at and you’ll have a good experience.

Ah, Stoke coal fire pizza & bar, what a delightful establishment! Executive Chef Abe Lopez, a winning tv star from chopped, is truly a humble and skilled man. Our waitress Faith was accurate, efficient, charming, and very attentive. And let me tell you, the wings were simply amazing! But let's not forget about the bartenders, who are artists when it comes to creating custom drinks along with classics. They have a good beer selection too. I highly recommend the peach old fashion and peach sangria. For starters, the mozzarella flights and polenta fries were scrumptious. And for dessert, the tiramisu infused with buffalo trace and pistachio cannolis were to die for. The cozy environment is perfect for a night out, and although it's a bit pricy, it's worth every penny. The fun atmosphere is clean and comfortable, making for a perfect dining experience. Oh, and did I mention that Chef Lopez won on chopped? That's right, folks, a true culinary mastermind at work!
